Post-Sports Impact

  • Career/Job/Education

Athletes often need to navigate a career transition. Identifying transferable skills, exploring educational opportunities, and seeking guidance for career development are essential steps in establishing a new professional path.

Within our organization, we will provide the resources for someone to get back into school, seek mentorship, or employment in a career field of their choice.

  • Mental Health Resources

Some athletes may face mental health challenges during the transition, including depression, anxiety, or identity crises. The pressure to succeed in a new domain, coupled with the loss of the familiar sports environment, can contribute to mental health struggles. At workshops/seminars we will provide the resources and essential tools to help prepare for life outside of sports.

  • FInding your purpose

Athletes may grapple with questions of purpose and meaning in their post-sports lives. Finding new sources of purpose, whether through work, personal relationships, or community involvement, becomes a crucial aspect of the transition.

Our goal is to help an former athlete find their purpose in the real world, whether it is being involved in sports or a career path outside of it. We will make sure our participants are well prepared mentally and physically to find their passion & purpose in life!
